Payment
We use the Custom Checkout service to manage your purchases in our store. Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution provided by Kustom AB, through which payment methods and delivery options are available.
Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly; Kustom provides a user interface and logic that displays the available payment methods.
When you use the checkout to complete your purchase, you will be offered different payment methods. These payment methods are processed by separate service providers depending on which payment method you choose at the time of purchase. To make a payment, you will be redirected to the payment provider's website – such as [Klarna, Swish, MobilePay, Vipps, iDEAL| Wero and Billie] – where you will complete your purchase.
To make your shopping experience easier, Kustom Checkout will automatically fill in your details if you have saved or previously entered your details in Kustom Checkout.
Kustom does not perform a credit check. Instead, the payment method provider you have chosen may perform the check.
By clicking the "Pay for purchase" button at checkout, you agree to our terms and conditions as well as Kustom's Terms of Service and confirm that you have read Kustom's Privacy Notice.

Stripe
Stripe securely processes all payments made through Kustom Checkout. This applies to all available payment methods. Stripe is a regulated entity in Europe and is licensed by the Central Bank of Ireland (reference number: C187865) as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI). It has the statutory right to issue electronic money, process payment transactions, issue payment instruments and acquire payment transactions. Available payment methods
The following payment methods may be offered to you through Kustom Checkout:
Cards
You can pay with [Visa, Mastercard and American Express] debit or credit cards.
Payment is securely processed by Stripe through the Kustom Checkout solution. All card details are transmitted encrypted and processed in accordance with the PCI DSS security standard. Kustom never stores your card details.
Klarna
With Klarna, you can choose to pay immediately, buy now and pay later or pay in installments – depending on the options Klarna offers for your purchase.
When you choose Klarna, Klarna Bank AB handles the payment process, including any credit checks and invoicing. We receive payment from Klarna, and you pay Klarna according to their terms and conditions.

Swish
You can pay quickly and securely with Swish. When you choose Swish, you approve the payment in the Swish app using Mobile BankID. The payment is processed by your bank and Swish.
Apple Pay
If you are using a compatible Apple device, you can pay with Apple Pay.
Payments are confirmed with Face ID, Touch ID or your device's passcode.
Apple Pay uses a secure payment token instead of your actual card number. This means that we, Kustom or Stripe never see your full card number.
Apple Pay uses built-in features of your browser or device and does not usually set its own cookies on our website.
Google Pay
With Google Pay, you can pay with cards stored in your Google Wallet.
Google Pay uses tokenization and multiple layers of security (such as encryption and biometric authentication or a PIN). Your actual card number is never shared with us, Kustom, or Stripe.
To display the Google Pay button, a technical script is loaded from Google. This may use technical cookies or local storage for fraud prevention.
MobilePay
MobilePay is a mobile wallet commonly used in Denmark and Finland.
When you choose MobilePay, you complete the payment in the MobilePay app and approve the purchase there.
After approval, Stripe processes the card transaction in the background using the card linked to your MobilePay account.
Vipps
Vipps is a mobile payment service used in Norway. When you choose Vipps, you complete the payment in the Vipps app, usually using BankID or another strong authentication method.
Stripe will then process the card transaction via the card linked to your Vipps account.
iDEAL| Wero
For Dutch bank accounts, iDEAL| Wero allows you to pay directly through your online banking environment.
When you choose iDEAL| Wero, you select your bank and log in as normal. Your bank confirms the payment, and we receive an immediate payment confirmation via Stripe.
Billie
For business customers in Sweden, Kustom offers Billie, a B2B-based "Buy Now, Pay Later" solution.
When you choose Billie, a quick credit assessment is performed, and business customers can usually get a 30-day payment period.
We receive the funds directly from Billie once the product has been shipped, while the business customer pays with Billie according to their terms.
Billie is intended for business purchases only, not for consumers.
Bank Transfers
In some cases, you can pay by bank transfer. When you choose this payment method, you will receive payment details (for example, a virtual bank account number) to which to send your payment.
The funds are transferred from your bank to an account managed by Stripe. Stripe automatically matches your payment with your order without revealing your actual bank details.
Your order will be processed once it has been received and matched with the payment.
Payment Security
All payments made through Kustom Checkout are fully encrypted and comply with European security requirements, including PSD2 and Strong Authentication (SCA).
Card Payment Security
Kustom does not store your card details. All card details are encrypted (SSL) and processed by payment providers in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Strong authentication (e.g. 3D Secure, BankID) may also be available depending on the payment method you choose.
Cancelled Online Orders
If your order has been cancelled because not all products were available in the store or in [our or the Merchant's] warehouse, the funds will be refunded to you via Kustom. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the original order. Refunds are usually processed within 1-3 business days.
Privacy and Cookies
Kustom may use a cookie to automatically fill in your personal details (such as name, address or social security number) at checkout, based on the information you have chosen to store. This information can be retrieved from us or our partners. You can disable autofill at any time by changing your settings during purchase, contacting us or deleting cookies from your device.
Kustom, Stripe and each payment method, such as [Klarna, Swish, Billie etc.], act as separate controllers for their own processing activities.
We never store card numbers or card details.
Shipping and delivery costs
We use several different delivery methods in the online store. Delivery methods and prices may vary depending on the weight, quantity and dimensions of the product. Delivery prices can also be dynamically retrieved directly from the shipping companies. Not all delivery methods may be available for all products.
Free delivery in Finland for orders over €250. If you have selected store pickup as the delivery method, you will be notified to the email address you provided when your order is available for pickup (normally 1-5 days from order) and according to the store's opening hours.
You can see up-to-date information about the delivery price and the delivery methods available for your order at the checkout of the online store. The delivery costs of the selected delivery method are always added to the total amount in the shopping cart. We will deliver the order using the delivery method you have chosen.
Pre-orders
We always aim to deliver pre-ordered products by the publication date. However, the publication date is an estimate and depends on the importer's deliveries.
If you choose Klarna's invoice payment method, the payment period will only start when the products have been shipped.
If you order immediately in stock products at the same time as pre-order products, all products will be delivered in conjunction with the pre-order.
Delivery time
Product delivery times can be stated in the product information. We always aim to deliver all orders, but the delivery time may vary depending on the product or delivery method. Any deviating delivery times will be stated separately on the online store's website.
Cancellation
Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of cancellation from the order date, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, unless otherwise stated in the product information.
Before canceling the order, the customer must contact our customer service and notify us of the cancellation and the upcoming return of the products. Returns can be made for all or only some of the products in the order. The products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging and without defects.
The seller has the right to reduce the value of the product in part or in full if the products have been used, have defects, the original packaging has been lost or the products are otherwise not in the condition in which they were sold to the customer.
Delivery costs will be refunded according to the price of the most affordable delivery method.
The payment will be refunded in the same way as the order was paid for. For example, if paying by card, the refund amount will be credited to the card. If this is not possible, another method of refund will be agreed.
